Alchemer recently enhanced our security features by adding proactive anti-phishing to detect suspicious account activity and compromised surveys.
Below is this week's log of fixes and improvements:
Improvements
[Upgrade] – Enhanced functionality to the Private Domain feature to ensure that messaging regarding an invalid domain appears so customers have an insight towards how to get a functional Private Domain within their account.
[Upgrade] – Enhanced functionality so that Alchemer support access is granted to customers for the expected amount of time when utilizing the support access dropdown menu.
[Upgrade] – Enhanced the Error messaging for invalid SMTP Host and Port combinations so it is now modular depending on the size of the screen the customer is utilizing in the Alchemer platform.
[Upgrade] – Enhanced the overall display and functionality of the custom domain set up within the platform, so Alchemer customers now are visually displayed messaging of what is required to populate and what is not required to populate when setting up a domain SSL certificate in the platform. This makes the process of adding an SSL certificate more simple!
[Performance] – Remedied an issue where we ask a customer to update their password, they will now be able to complete the necessary process to change their password for future logins. Once the password has been successfully updated, a customer is logged into the platform automatically as expected.
[Upgrade] – Enhanced the functionality of the Social Media Action to support Twitter's 280 characters per tweet.
[Bug fix] – Fixed an issue regarding editing a page title within the survey builder with a page title merge code.
[Bug fix] - Remedied an issue with Multi-Factor Authentication so that when a customer is using MFA to log into the Alchemer platform, they are successful in reaching their dedicated dashboard to utilize Alchemer.
