[Update] – SMS phone numbers are now automatically verified to be SMS-eligible just before SMS messages are sent. SMS messages are not sent to phone numbers that do not pass the verification step, reducing carrier rejections that can lead to suspension of services. These numbers appear in the SMS campaign list with an ‘Excluded’ status.
